The Child Aid Papua Education Center is officially open!
In 2017 the students of Wingham High, along with their
Indonesian Language teacher, made books and raised money for the students in
West Papua. We used that money to purchase books to start a library collection
for the new Child Aid Papua Education Centre.
It has been a great pleasure to witness the build of the new education centre
and see how excited the children (and future students of the centre) have been
to watch it unfold. It was particularly
exciting for us to see the books we bought for the centre on shelves in the new
library – what a beautiful library it is.
Wingham High, you are absolute legends. Thank you so much for your support. Your donation will make a great difference to
the children of Raja Ampat.
