Books for Bali Project X World Ocean's Day



To celebrate World Oceans Day the 100 BOOKS project donated 20 copies of the Friendly Drifter’s book Ocean Warriors Plastic in Paradise to the “Books for Bali” project hosted by Ganesha Bookshops.

The Books for Bali Project currently supports 20 school and library programs, and each of these programs will soon have a copy of our awareness building book.

The Books for Bali Project currently donates to:
  • TK & SD Patas (Kindergarten & Elementary School Patas)
  • SD Saraswati Kukawati (Elementary School)
  • TK Sandi Kresna (Kindergatedn/A.D.E.D.V.I Organisation
  • Bali Wise Literacy Program for the disadvantaged
  • Kalisada Children’s Library Project in Seririt North Bali
  • Coba Bca Library in Lovina in North Bali
  • Ginantri Foundation : School and Orphanage in Gianyar
  • SMP Negeri 2 Ubud, Junior High with 800 pupils
  • SD1 Sumerta Denpasar Elementary School
  • Sjaki-Tari-Us School for Mentally Disabled Children
  • Sutu Dharma School Ubud – Elementary School
  • East Bali Poverty Project – Schooling for impoverished children in East Bali
  • Bali Children’s Project 13 Kindergartens: 6 Kindergartens in Singaraja, 1 in Bangli, 1 in Karangasem, 2 in Tegalalang and 3 in Ubud
  • Kelabang Moding Elementary School
  • SD2 Pejeng Elementary School
  • SD3 Bongkasa Elementary School
  • SD4 Singapadu Kaler Elementary School
  • SD2 Samu Singapady Elementary School
  • Pondok Pekak Library and Learning Centre
  • Jembatan Senang (The Happy Bridge)
